![]() As an organiser of community events, workshops, and gatherings. ![]() Naturally, this care and attention extends to all the wonderful people in our community and beyond. This is the time for greater care and a deepening of our love for one another. I have intentionally smiled more at people in the street and offered to buy people who seem in need, food and whatever they choose. I am feeling a little vulnerable, yet energised by the opportunity to slow down, feel more centered, connect with loved ones, create new connections and grow a sense of togetherness. Personally, I have decided in the short term to minimize my travel, not join large groups or crowds, keep my health high, work from home, look after my daughter at home, get lots of seaside air and take care that loved ones are looking after themselves. That means reducing the chances you will contract the virus and self-imposing lockdowns. To look after the vulnerable and reduce the impact on the NHS. With an outbreak such as this, it is our collective and individual, ethical and social responsibility to flatten the curve and minimise spreading. My intention with this post is to share my perspective and how we are evolving FuturePlanet to proactively and positively respond to this dynamic situation, creating greater resilience to our approach. Through community and places where people can support each other, connect, and join together to create a positive impact on the planet. I am more committed, focused and empowered to deliver on our mission to co-create an inclusive, sustainable future. It is up to us how we choose to respond to that. I have a deeper sense that this is the start of many reboots that nature is manifesting and co-creating to impact bio and human-made systems.
